Annual Project Management Retainer

For high-net-worth individuals and investor groups who need trusted, high-level oversight across multiple builds or investments, without being across every detail.

Ideal for larger projects without the day to day
involvement.

$114,000.00 Gst inclusive
8.5% on engagement
Billed monthly thereafter
